Yeah!

I use my windows based PC for Surveying work (AutoCad) and GL. That's it.
I'm now even using the Apple numbers and pages in place of excell and word.

I highly recommend the iPad. Once you adjust to it I doubt you'll go back unless you have to; like GL & AutoCad.
