I have been wondering for a little while . What do lv 4 base stats look like? I don't remember seeing one, and I have been wondering if my legion could take on one.
I know they will differ depending on their setup, but I'm just looking for average or examples.

Most lv 4 aren't GP bases so probably only 40-50 areas or so. And probably very few clamps on it so calculating modules alone will get u a good idea. Note that although rank 4 base can build the 2nd to best tier of structures, most probably still run weaker ones(although won't be by much, the 5th tier being most common with some 4th tiers probably) so~

But there are strong ones and weak ones, so u might wanna start trying each one of them and make a chart of the strength of each bases. In the long run, you will be fighting the weakest ones of those(if you can afford the badges) so it will be quite a bit below average strength(there are semi-naked ones).

Some advice from higher ranks and legions. Dont bother with lvl 4 bases, they arent worth the time, effort and resources to get so little ctp.

This I have to agree with this to a degree. If you don't have a handful of pretty strong fighters or a few battle pacts, level 4's suck. They're a little too strong for the little guys, but the rewards are a waste for the bigger guys. Best bet, farm level 3's for the silver badges until your group is strong enough to start taking on 5's
