If two new players want two command the same ship(like a capton and an officer)why not have tho option.It would be neat.

this is close to cheating as we can only have one account, to start with.

A Player may only have one account.

Any more will be classed as cheating and could be banned.

Players may not control other players ships for your own gain.
Players may not force any other player to do something they are unwilling to do.

There's another idea of his about halfway down explaining the possibility that a player could acquire another ship. WITHOUT making an alt. I might expand on the idea myself if I ever have the motivation.

I would second the option to acquire a second ship. It should be a quite high level thing, 250-450 or so as a starting point maybe.

I had this idea a little while ago, but never posted as such, however my idea was that instead of depositing your ship points into 1 account [ i.e. when you rank, get prisoners etc. ] you could set them aside in a "savings" and then when you had enough points to "buy" another ship you could, and of course the ship would start off as scout like everyone. From then on splitting the difference with the other ship, or building a fleet of scouts.

The ship / ships / fleet would move as one, fight as one - no micro managing - but the player would still be limited to same number of planets and resource production per hour.

and the ships have a "shared" hull, so say you have 3 ships, and a total of 1200 hull, once youve taken 400 hull damage one of your ships is disabled, and the others start taking more damage etc.

this is kind of a tall order which is why i passed on the idea before hand, would be cool to see it implimented but I dont forsee it ever happening.
