a possible upgrade might be an Improved Energy Recharge Station that costs a little more and which recharges 25% of your total energy + 2% per loyal Inergon member in legion, and another option might be that it can only be built by an Inergon member. The +2% per loyal Inergon bonus might even be a good idea for the base model.

25% could be a huge volume to some people

Maybe whats needed is a "Ultra-hyper relay" on top of others, raises recharge speed by 10-12, but is so volatile if youre disabled while using it it could blow a module clean off your ship (destroyed) .. perhaps more than one as a critical hit feature .. that way theres energy increase, risk, and especially if its a energy core you could lose a wedge or more of what youve been working for
