Basically just what the subject says. I would like to know how much scan power I would need to have for the NPC with the highest cloak to appear in my BT (not including the special NPC something) when I'm NPCing.
I know I saw a post about it a while ago, but I forgot what it was and I have been trying to find the post to no avail.

600 for most NPC's, 2000 for Caelon, the spec. NPC.

Although... unless I'm mistaken the last carrier I had had 50 cloak. the wiki says none so i'm not sure on that...

cloak for some npc's got changed recently and wiki hasn't been updated

I have never, ever, found the TO ship that drops terraformers, and I'm at 1200 NPCs and counting.

well as of the patch, you need at least 50 scan to find the "TO ship that drops terraformers"

500 NPC kill and... 4 or 5 TO carriers...
one of which didn't drop terra, instead it dropped QSE

Keep in mind that the NPC that requires 600 scan, you can't see till you are rank 260 anyways, and if you're not in a strong-ish legion, you might want to keep your scan under 500 until you get to around 300-325 and/or your legion gets high enough ranks. Sha'din Hypergrids (unlocks at 250 with 500 cloak) and Dark Command Nexus (at 260 with 600 cloak) can be a #$&*@ to kill when you first rank into their visible range.

The Silthion larva also requires 1500 scan

the telarys carrier has no cloak
