Players get blue badges for hacking a ship, well if they fail to hack you and you counter-hack them I think a blue badge should be given for the counter-hack.

It would be nice to have this implemented. IMO, the whole hacking prospect needs to be worked on. For example, you shouldn't be able to spam hacks using Time Manipulators. Now, I understand sometimes hacking maybe twice or three times if in a war, but I had a guy hack me 9 times as soon as I got my daily shipment, all because of a disable. So, imo, they should not be able to do that. I know Time Manipulators already have a set amount that can be used daily, but maybe there should be a set # of hacks per minute.

Your idea is a +1 from me.

and then there is no would be almost no blue badges left at one point then, they will all have spent buying items.

I've been zeroed out while offline before and when I log in, my stats read into the negatives. Same can apply for a blue badge. However, -1 or -2 being the limit, of course. Besides, on any given day, you always have a couple of badges on your ship. It's a sound idea. It would force people to think twice about whom they hack AND it will help them focus on acquiring the proper modules before hacking.
