 5 min wait for trading why?

Trading has gotten very big in this game. there are people who play the game mostly cause they like to trade. lest lose the wait time. its not needed and pointless. your just robing time from our lives. Let My traders Trade. Free market and all the 20% tariff is enough.

perhaps the timer will be removed or modified when the trade hub is available

OR ..........................

a mission/new research tier could reward you with removal of the timer

Well, it is logical to have it.. Send some crew off to ship something.. Takes them time to ship it and come back. Though it could use a modification. Maybe base it on the amount of crew you have. Based on that you would have x number of trades before the timer hits.

idk i see the timer only as a way hinder some thing with no real effect . Just waists time .

all so with like 20k crew i dont see why i cant send may crews out at a time. i have 2 shuttle pods on my ship i can use for it.

I would think this is intended to be an anti-multi measure so sending urself everything(that is sendable) gets much harder..

Until there is a better alternative...

Actually, with this being a Sci-Fi game, it's possible for there to be tech to transport matter using teleportation devices on the ship, but the tech could also be an undeveloped tech yet so timer and no timer could both be feasible depending on creator preference.
