Inergons and Humans are the same exact thing, it's like receiving 10% more money to get stuff or all stuff with a 10% discount
Why don't you make a race that makes us go slower instead, like a "stupid Human" or some thing like that, that gives you a -10% on all experience gains.
Many people restart because they aren't strong enough, they wait for days on the same rank just so that they can get all the tech they need to get easy badges. This race would fix that problem. They can attack more without thinking that they are going up the ranks to fast and they are getting weak.
Please consider my idea

humans and inergons are actually very different on results based on how you play... binary man did an analysis of this a while back to determine who is the best starting race for auto rankers. and, if i recall correctly, inergon won out against humans.

but to get to your suggestion, i like the idea alot... this was suggested a while back, and the thread kind of died... but it got alot of support. +1 from me... i know i dont want to get to 600 any time soon...

inergon have a 10% max energy boost, so if you are going from full bar to full bar(i.e. auto ranking) this would give exact same amount of exp per lvl(or exp per energy bar) as human, but u can get more stuff done, that is to say kill more NPCs or do more missions

While human get a +10% exp boost from ALL energy, include those that are recharged slowly and have NOTHING to do with max energy.

With that said, the closer you are to auto-ranking, the better integon is compared to humans--meaning smaller and smaller disadvantage in term of exp gain rate while maintain the constant advantage of "get more done"

On the other hand, if your full energy bar can only fill say half of ur exp bar, human is probably better, because it will basically reduce the time between ranks by 10%.

So I would say integron is better early on, a bit worse than human between 100-200 where u r unlikely to maintain auto lvl, and then decent if you wanna stay a mission based player or something.
while human... it's decnet from 100-200ish if u wanna lvl faster for whatever reason and then epic fail all the way, higher rank don't really give much pass 200ish(in fact, there will be lvl points where u will dread lvl up) and just end up being tin can
Thou u might wanna go up to 230 for tal chain and finish that as human, and then do a race switch. that's about the only real good reason i can see of power lvling--going for the awesome race.
