I don't recall when someone becomes 'elite' and they're below level 250

the elites below 250 spend a year in a high arti legion collecting past arti limit so even lvl 1's could get mass storage pods and rescued prisoners
once they have a ship that people will cry "cheater" about, they're elite

I was thinking about trying to help The new people and starting a new legion ... the top five legions now are pretty much at a stalemate.
I don't think anybody will top the Dyson's ... Helping the newbies would put the fun back in playing the game .. also I've noticed there's a lot of politics involved with the upper Legions.
Just throwing this around as an idea and to help the next generation of players.

I think some of the older legions should get sister legions to boost the noob players

Been thinking the exact same thing. Only problem is, determining who is actually new to the game and who are multi hanging around the legion. But yeah, I think I would get a kick outta helping a new start up of folks under rank 20.

To get the new Legion started we would have to have 4 good leaders preferably over 250 in rank.. also our former Legions need to have some consideration for what we're trying to do and for the next generation of new players coming in. Right now I have looked at the new legions so far. They are mostly low B's trying to start their own legions. We know from experience this is not a good situation .. also experienced officers would have to be in the new Legion as well . We can train them get them up to rank 200, if they want to move to the upper legions as experienced players that would be excellent .. I'm saying this because this is a very good game and I hate to see the new players quitting .. And so far that's what I'm seeing ... I'm running into a lot of enemy planets where the players are inactive also bases.

These are just ideas for now.. maybe we can get the ball rolling ..
