Once it's installed is there a way to use mylarai to extract them?

you use the mylarai extractor before placing the inhibitor... then you can remove the inhibitor whenever you want

if you forgot to use the extractor before placing the inhibitor, you'll have to destroy the inhibitor to do anything w/ the planet

ya what he said..... by using the extractor 1st it keeps the option on that planet open to remove an item.
