could we possibly get a tab/log filter in the legion base that lets us view who claimed their shipments and when?

reason why:

new members may not know how or when to receive legion shipments, especially if it changes between shipped and claimed, and as it stands there is no actual way to tell who is/isnt receiving.

99% of the time this would be a useless feature, but it would be helpful none the less.

perhaps once the next shipment arrives the previous shipment is automatically delivered to either everyone who hasn't collected or evenly distributedto those who have collected.

i wouldnt mind the latter. that way, if i forget, or am unable to, then everyone else can get in on my share. i hate letting 60k artifacts go to waste... an it did the other day because i blew a tire and was without internet. this way, youre still required to log in every day to claim a shipment, but if someone fails to do so, then those who did log in and are active arnt penalized, and in fact are rewarded.

perhaps this function could be a leader-oriented capability

perhaps just add an icon next to the legion members' names on he legion list to indicate that they have collected their shipments ? and if the shipments are automatic , there would be no use for these icons

This already happens. If someone does not claim their shipment, that shipment gets rolled over into the next day's shipment and distributed to everyone who collects.
