What do you have to do to find these? A friend of mine 107 levels lower found the Caelon and my ship is better than his in all catigories. Another friend found both within 24 hours.
I have over 3000 scan.

2,000+ scan for Caelon and 1,500+ scan for the Silthion Larva I believe? That and a lot of luck.

yeah, i found caelon after killing maybe 2k npcs, and found the silth larvae after killing another 3k... just grind em man... thats the only way to find em...

For Caelon 2000 or more scan and above rank 300. (rank requirement may have changed)

For the hybrid you have to unlock the silthion elites first.
To unlock the silthion elites you need to do the silthion missions.
Aggressive Evolution - rank 210
Into the Expanse (careful with this one, it will break your scanners)

Once you can see the mission Controlling the Silthion, you are good to go
You do not need to start that mission

Don't get me started! This mission is fundamentally flawed and Dan doesn't care. I'm over rank 800 and killed approx 20k npcs with the qualifying scan for the Caelon. I have spent over 600k energy and still not found it. A lower level player in my home legion found 3 in as many days. A mission with no set criteria based on luck makes absolutely no sense. I'm at a distinct disadvantage to 99% of players at my rank. There should be a point where it would appear regardless of the rng gods deciding it's my turn the sheer amount of resources used without finding it is more than the amount required to complete the whole chain.

go pop a note in suggestion forum then
such as keep track of how many qualifying NPC spawned(after rank and scan meet req)
and if the total number spawned reach say 10k or what ever it auto spawns~
