no it isn't, because ppl can make unoccupied invincs, therefore ppl can buy an infinite number of them if they are allowed to be taken.

If unoccupied invincible planets were colonizable after a person either quits the game or has their account deleted, they could then theoretically farm/buy the terraformers/quasi's.

After which they could create the mission exotic/dyson/rifts using a planet/s shared to them by a friend(pivotal, so theres at least one other with the planet on scan), then quit the game by having Dan delete their account, and then the person that supplied the planets could then colonize the mission exotic/dyson/rifts. It would be a simple case of rinse and repeat, albeit expensive of course.
