With the development of the Galactic Trading Center, I submit the suggestion that items only obtainable by spending Galaxy Points be added to this new feature, through the Trading Center only.
There are several modules and items that most free players may never have, or will never be able to get on his/her own. There is not a way to trade Galaxy Points, nor does FaceBook have any mechanism for transferring them to other accounts.
I believe that allowing trade of certain items that were previously available only to regularly paying players will benefit all that are involved in the transactions.
The Buyers: The first to benefit is obvious: Players without the ability to acquire their own GP and such will have access to them for their own needs. Allowing GP items yet not the actual points will ensure that you do not see the gross misuse of energy recharges for instant high ranks.
The Sellers: Players with large amounts of funding available to them will be inclined to increase their investments by way of purchasing items and modules for profit. This is already done with Planet Fluxes and planet structures, and they are a very lucrative asset to have and to sell. This will also take away the enormous hassle of having to swap legions to share planets with the modules present, and will also save Mylari Extractors for their better purposes.
Both: The increased commonality of high quality enemy planets worthy of capture will further drive the market as a result of the victim, who will need replacement structures, expanders, and terraformers, and the victor, who may seek further upgrades to the planet beyond its current state.
Dan: Dan, and thus the budget for running Galaxy Legion, also benefits from this by virtue of increased investments into Galaxy Points. Modules that players only bought enough for their own ship now have a reason to purchase more of them. Players having a taste of the new GP only market will be encouraged to consider becoming paying payers themselves. It will be less of an outrage to release more GP only modules, and more people would be clamoring to get them.
Simply put, Free players get a better taste of what it means to be a paying member. Already paying members have more ways to profit beyond Planet Fluxes and having to switch legions to apply base extenders and sell planet structures. Dan will see more money for his bottom line.

This system is commonly used similarly in Steam games such as TF2 and the likes. I see no reason why it shouldn't be implemented.

If fathers are put up in game so i can buy them for ctp or whatever, then you bet i'm going to get em. and dan makes more money that way. If theyre not tradeable, i may pick one up after i get enough gp from the daily reward... but im in no hurry. So less money for dan. Its to his advantage to let people sell gp modules on the market.

+1. Hope Dan had a read of this before he announced his updates for March, and doesn't hate the idea of players having stuff they didn't pay for themselves. I've been eyeing up those tasty Trinity Drives for a while now, but I'll never have the cash to afford them...

In the GTC screen shot it already showed Planet Fluxes. So I assume that there will be other ones as well.

But fluxes are already a trade able item so that says nothing at all about if Gp only items are able to be traded i know i would be willing to pay through the nose for the rest of the artifacts needed to finish my terraforming missions.

everything but -ship bots -x charge -durtanium brackets -terraformer
then it would be fine , lets not give the high ranks an unending supply of for them nearly free rank points and terraformers

Once you get to a point of your production failname it really doesnt matter at all if you get more production seeing as unless you really messed up your have far far more income then your ever need, so i say terraformers would be ok seeing as they would be wasting money to put better planets out there we can all steal.

Fail.....you are failing answer me something will you? what use would someone that has all there needs already met and exceeded by there own production have with selling and buying stuff on the market?
To put it plainly little to none...besides ALL the GP only items if they was to be sold would cost alot to begin with there would be no getting around that really we would be talking about someone spending real money on imaginary money the exchange rate would be a matter of common sense about who that would favor.
