I'm estimating with 4 HyperChannel Relay , 3 Silthion T-Plasma Hub, and 2 FATHER, your charge time is such that the maximum charge rate is 94-95 energy per hour. Anyone got this high yet ?

Theres three not two. You are probably missing the Krionite Transducer Which has the charge of 8 and increase attack by 30. This is the last of the mission tier awards.

I think you're going slow or spending more energy on PVP/NPC. I'm 14 levels below you and at 71 missions completed.

Yeah I forgot there is a third one, so it's probably around 100 energy/hr max.

right now my charge time is 51 seconds with wormhole relays, fathers, and all tier rewards. upgrading to hyperchannel and adding silthion modules would pull it down to 30 seconds, which is 120/hour.

There are also some new NPC models that just came out that will help your charge as well.
