 Temp Flux Ability Race

Post Temp Flux Ability Race
A race that has the ability to temp flux your planets. Same timer as the resource races.

The player can not have executed a offensive action in 5 days. Great for the PVErs.

Mission Chain and bells and whistles.

Just idea..

If you keep a good cloak and do your flux probing you should be able to keep most of your good planets...

This sounds like an acceptable resolution to another thread where someone is crying about losing their planets to people who like to steal.
