A rare npc artifact that will block npc of your choice from spawning in your bt for 15-30 min would be nice
could be a rare npc drop arti or new ct-lab arti

Ill agree with this.. block a certain faction and you receive a 15-30 min reprieve from seeing them. I'd block assassins for every one i used

Personally i would like to see something that lowered the timer on "Tactical Algorithm" a rare NPC or mission that did that would be extremly nice to have

this can't be implemented
get 2 of those, block flamehawks and assassins then anyone could autorank like crazy
even just removing the assassins would make autoranking a walk in the park

even if it was as rare as the rsl or planet flux
using this once to drop assassins off your list for 30 minutes would be way to overpowered
in 30 minutes of a nice kill fest, there would probably be a few out there who could find one over and over and over

If this was implemented, I could save up enough to block all NPCs except Troop Carriers, Blade Harvesters, Dark Arms Carriers, and rogue lab pods, and if this is an NPC drop, the NPC that drops this too.
Now, I can kill a good amount of NPC's in 30 minutes (average NPC spree with 4-5 energy refills takes me about 1 1/2 -2 hours)
Now, imagine that. I'd be destined to get a few pfluxes and qses.
It's too game breaking.

It's too game breaking. Read entire thread b4 posting  ...i said this arti would have to be not stackable BTW i bet if the game didnt have RSL or NI yet and someone suggested it same ppl would say it would be game braking ...anyways im not defending this idea anymore just clearing few things out
