production timers

 So my legionmates and I jokingly said that this DST would have the opposite effect of the last one..... but it seems to be true. My production timers are stuck at 0

My timers are at 0 too, but I cant use any abilities, exotic algorithim is stuck at 0 as well ): and Im suppose to upgrade my research soon, but its not ganna let me D:
