I PMed Dan with these suggestions, he said they were good and that I should re-post them here for Maude to catalog:
Legion Info:[*]It would be nice to add "Founded By: [Player Name]" just above or below the founded on date in the info.
Legion List:[*]It would be nice if the legion lists had a "Message Legion" link on the legion list next to the info link, active for officers and leaders of your legion and greyed out for regular members (since the other legion can only respond back to your officers and leaders and not regular members). Right now the way it works to message other legions requires a LOT of clicking if you want to message multiple legions it's a pain.
General Messaging:[*]Messages from players should show the legion the other player is from to make communication more friendly.
Trade List:
[*]The trade list is unsorted, (and while sort-able columns have been asked for before and would certainly still be a great benefit for everyone), if you added what legion they are in as an info column it would definitely be a big help for everyone even if the list was still not sortable.
Trade Notices:[*]Trade notices from players should show the legion the other player is from to make trading more friendly.
[*]Change trade messages so that they show up as a message from that player on your comm so you can message them back directly. This would work best if the trade function had an alternate text box like legion alerts do, so that the person trading to you could send you a quick note about the trade, it could appear as "[Player Name] sent you [QTY] [Item]. [Player Message]" when they do.
(ie. Player "John Smith" might write "Please send me 200 CTP." as part of sending you 20 Longevity Serums, and the message would appear in your logs and on your Comm as "John Smith Sent you 20 Longevity Serums. Please send me 200 CTP.")
What this Feedback is Based off of: wrote:
This feedback is all based off a recent experience I had where I messages multiple legions we have trade pacts with asking them if anyone would be interested in trading Longevity Serums or Sentry Guards with me.
Not only did it take quite a while to send out the messages to each legion, but I got random people sending me artifacts for the next few hours, sometimes they would message our legion comm with info about what they wanted in exchange, and sometimes they would not.
Because of this I had to scroll through the Officer's Log the next day trying to correlated who had responded with who had send me items.
In the cases where they had responded it was annoying but possible to work out who should get what and trade them back, but I would then have to message their whole legion and let them know that I had sent the payment to their legion member and ask them to let them know. [in some cases their officers had messaged me on their behalf with the info on the trade after letting their members know I was looking for items.]
In the cases where they did not message me I had to look through each legion's member list in my trade pacts to try to figure out who they were and message their leaders/officers to see if they wanted anything in return, and quickly gave up because that is a lengthy process.
I understand if some or all of these items are too much effort to implement, however since you just made some changes which appear to be similar to some of this I figured there was a good possibility at least some of these might be easily implemented without a lot of additional work on your part.
