Your production spread is nice, although I'd bring up artifact (I'd always bring up artifact).

Raider isn't a particuarly useful profession, second only to merchant in crappiness. If you change for whatever reason, go for Fixer or Excavator when you change back.

You should make the most of your racial boost. Go heavy on the attack and hull, and don't worry too much about defense when your attack/hull are low.

By your upkeep I would feel comfortable taking a guess that your using sing launchers (x4?), quantum overlays (x2?) and nexus plating (x...something). Seems pretty decent, although it's nothing special.
