New ship module: Energy Optimizer

This would be something to obtain after a long multi-mission chain, like a racial unlock. It reduces the amount of energy used on missions by 15%.

15% is a bit much. It could drastically shift the XP ratios of some missions.

While this sounds great with the addition of using a neural and a rsl that'd give you a massive xp boost
for example 25 55xp ratio would turn into 25 80 ratio it's a massive increase turn human and get the additional 10% people will be able to sit and autorank all day on missions
While i'd like a % increase like this it'd have to be reduced and maybe a mission tier reward after 100 mission completions or something

Dan has been making missions more and more energy consuming to make people slow down. You really think he is going t give them this?
