Blade Harvester really uncommon ?

 It's probably been made rare along with other perma boost planet artifacts, but never modified from being called uncommon. Best I can tell it actually is a rare NPC.

Well if it's rare then maybe it should be changed to rare. Otherwise some idiot might try and plan his strategy concerning mining planets around the false presumption that is uncommon. I don't know. Some necromancing+more w(h)ine with it. 544 NPC kills and no Blade Harvester. None. Am I cursed ?

Yeah, I've only gotten one Blade Harvester but 4 Rogue Lab Pods, 2 Dark Rings, and 3 or 4 Refinery Centers.

717 kills actually, but still. And I'm on my 2nd Okkilor now, and I've gotten two Vortuls as well.
