 base-lock resetting artifact.

How about making an Artifact that resets the timer on locking bases?
If you finish one in less than an hour, It sucks to have to wait for the timer to run out.
Because you found a weak base, and "somebody" "wasnt paying attention". (Admit it. This has happened in your legion)
Or you found a really strong base and had the opportunity to take it down quickly.
Or one of a ton of other reasons.

So i figure an Artifact that resets the timer to 0 so you can lock another base again would be helpful.

It would reset the timer, then remove the active and dead base from your list.
It would cost artifact points, to prevent people from spamming bases.
It would allow people to hit bases more frequently, and not sit around and wait forever.

This might be OP in the sense that it would give people a very quick way of getting base crate arti's and a lot of silvers.

Thoughts?

Last thing we need is the Dysonians and their band of misfits to come in and murder 100 legions at once.

To make this balanced I think you make a timer on how many times it can be used. Say 48 hours between each use of that artifact so you can lock 4 bases on that day instead of 3. That is the ONLY way I can see it even remotely balanced.

Or can only be used if there is 1 hour left OR 2 hours left, and the base isn't disabled

That is good too, it does defeat what this guy has said though as he wanted one that speeds up the timer between base locks. However, this would be a nice arti for sure.

-1 from me, bases were designed to have a 8 hour cooldown so people don't constantly farm bases.

I don't think there should be an artifact put into the game to fix mistakes and dysfunctions of a legion.
With that said, I'm not completely opposed to a base lock reset artifact, with the following usage conditions:

1. Current locked base is disabled.
2. All badge slots are filled OR every active member, no less than 10, recieved badges.
3. The maximal amount of time reset is 10 minute for each active member in the legion that owns the target base.

Those are indicators of a well fought and won battle, and I believe it would deserve the benefit of an early "release"
