I know GL celebrates Independence Day on the 4th of July, but have we had anything for Memorial and Flag Day? Memorial Day is on the last Monday of May, and Flag Day is June 14th.

How does celebrating freedom sound to anyone, beyond just the 4th of July? What goodies or missions could we have for Memorial and Flag Day?

why does it just have to be the american days that are celebrated as such, in the uk and most of europe we have our own remorial day for both world wars and all others since on the 11th november, i think this should atleast be put in aswell

Can every holiday of every nation be included?
obivously not

Can it be justified that US ones is included while others are not?
To some extend, yes, Dan is American as far as I know

Can it be justified that (some other country other than US) ones are included while others are not?
Not really, or everyone will start crying for their own country etc and it become chaos. And as you can see by the first part, it's simply not gonna work to include everything.

As a Chinese, i would be very happy if Chinese holidays would be included. But I feel that making such requests is unreasonable. It is really for the best to stick to International and US holidays only.

Plain and simple, the reason is that DarkStar lives on the West Coast of the United States. That's why all the biweekly missions end at Midnight PST.

Also, we do celebrate Armistice Day (November 11th) in the United States, only we now call it Veteran's Day. ;)
