this would be a nice addition to the research tab.

tier 1-100k research-2% boost to crew stats
tier 2-250k research-4% boost to crew stats
tier 3-500k research-8% boost to crew stats
tier 4-1mil research-10% boost to crew stats
tier 5-5mil research-15% boost to crew stats

these are not accumulative. so you get 2% then 2% changes to a 4% boost etc etc

not a bad idea, although a bit strong for those people going for small ships since they put all their points into crew.
And perhaps not ALL crew, just certain ones, or have seperate research lines for different crew?

I do like it, however the costs need to be alot higher than suggested, as a 15% boost for someone like mento wouldn't be a nice thought, especially at the cost of just 5mil research.

I get over 40mil research a month from normal production, so wouldn't take very long to finish and give a massive bonus
