The ability button is located in annoying places. Being hidden, it is very easy to forget to do some of the things that you do every 8+ hours. Below are some example of upgrades that would help. (I included my every popular second 'sell all' button.

I would say Sab and any resource uplifting ability should go there also.

More after lunch maybe?

Dark Aperture Key +1 definitely. Good place for it.

2nd Sell All -1. Having the single Sell All button below the mineral list "forces" you to review your inventory before selling. This gives you the chance to catch any accidental unlocks that might occur.

Planet ability +0.5. As I recall from my time as a Kronyn, there is a Use Ability button on the Action tab. Right now you can only have 2 active planet abilities. A racial (1 of 3 resource boosters or Sabotage) and Trellith. I'd be happy with timers for those abilities on the ship tab.

Remod +1. Definitely the best place for it. I (still) don't have the ability, but as I understand it, you have to do it from the Ship tab? That's just silly. It's an NPC effect and should be where there are NPCs.

All of these would be simple additions and most would be a benefit. Therefore, I'm going to officially lump them in with the Global Clock and Offensive Action Counter. On the "Pipe Dream" tab.

Many of us don't want to review before selling. I want to sell it all and I want to sell it fast. I don't want to scroll or mouse down. It is a pain on my netbook, I can only imagine how bad it is on a phone.

You only need to do it once every N hours if you got the cargo and that's not bad at all
If you dont have the cargo, have a chat with the folk that complains about MSP.

STOP making cargo more useless than it already is.

The suggestion and counter-points have nothing to do with cargo space.

Having the cargo is not the issue. I have the space for it. It is about making the game more efficient and getting rid of things that don't make sense. To Darth's point, the original button is still on the page. If you want to review before you sell, there it is.

I cap minerals in about 5 hours. You can only use the dark root every 12 hours. All of the MSPs go do polycron vaults (at over 60 at this point I believe), but because of the size of Aid, everything just fills up too fast.

I just want to be able to sell my resources quickly. It is really not that much different than the 'sell all' artifacts button.

The suggested topic is nearly a non-issue if there is sufficent cargo--Does it really trouble anyone that much to scroll once every 6 hours(or longer)?
Even if you are vigilant and do it once every hour, it's hardly a big deal.

On the other hand, for someone that have to click back and forth many times, the suggestion would make the amount of effort reduce considerablly.

The suggestion undermines part of the "convinence" value of having a large cargo.

Think of it this way:
Consider taking a trip between draw and sell button to be a car trip.
the orginal one you need to travel 100m/trip, the new one 10m/trip
Having a high cargo allows you to complete the action in 1 trip
while having a low cargo, let's say it takes 30 trips.
Before the change, high cargo will reduce trip count by 29, which is 2900m reduced
After the change, high cargo also reduce trip count by 29 but that is only 290m reduced.
It's fairly easy to see how the change will reduce the value of cargo. it's not really a funcatiality value, but more of a... gah... what was that term, you know kinda like debit card/credit card.... I learned it in marketing but forgot T_T

When you have high mineral and high artifact production, there is NEVER enough cargo space.

That being said, when playing on a touch pad, whether it is once an hour or once every six hours, having an additional sell all button would make things considerably less cumbersome.

Updates that fix things that are cumbersome are still important updates, even if you don't care about them. I don't have any research left to do but I still think that there needs to be an update so all of the research defaults on your current level. It is cumbersome the way it is now. Artifact collection previously, before the "All" button was cumbersome. It isn't now and everyone is happier for it.

That might be, but insufficent cargo can be 2-3 clicks or 20-30 clicks.
Cargo makes a difference in effort either way.

Haven't seen any MSP complains lately, but you know there are ppl that complain about them, right? Why do anyone complain at all if there is never enough?

And as for the topic of artifact collection.
For that one, there is only an up side and no downside at all (You can choose to not use it, it does not undermine the value of anything)
But for this one
The benefit is obivous: convinence for anyone who wish to use it
But there is also a downside: it undermine the value of cargo.

IMO, the downside outweights the benefit, cause the benefit is insignificant if the issue of cargo limition did not exist. While if the cargo limit did exist, it just magnify the loss of cargo value

I think it is funny that you are so against moving a button that doesn't change anything but less scrolling and mouse moving.

I'm a bit perplexed by that myself... I personally don't feel a duplicate button on the same page is really necessary, but I've been around long enough to recall the time when we had to sell everything individually, there was no Sell All button. I think having one is sufficient and, to me, the bottom is the logical place for the reason I previously stated. However, I can see how the change as proposed would be a benefit to some. Still though, we all KNOW people are going to log on, collect and use the upper Sell All, then #$&*@ and moan because their kurenite got unlocked and they just sold 10,000 that they were saving for a weapons upgrade.

My minerals are all unlocked each time I start my browser so I get used to re-locking them before I claim/sell.

you can use it from the NPC...you have the abilities under the actions tab and once you press X to close the window it just says the npc is disabled. Granted it is annoying and having it on the top of the page would be great.

I won't mind these addition...I keep forgetting the kronyn and trelilith ability

I agree with this as it would make it much more convenient to play using a phone. Just having the dark root node on the trading page would be a huge help! Great suggestions ODragon! +1

change the top Sell all Unselected to "Collect & Sell All" with a check box like the artifact collect all. It automatically sells everything you collect, never sending it to your cargo at all.

You're misinterpreting the thread you linked to. The general complaint is not that people have too much cargo so MSPs are a waste, the complaint is that MSPs require an inordinate amount of AP for the amount of cargo increase that they give. In my opinion, your "cargo is useless" claim remains completely unproven.
