Have a suggestion or idea for enhancement? We'll be happy to hear it.


When 99.9 % of the post in this thread are not even replied by the developers which means they are probably not even looked at.

I have been playing this game over a year now and there is so many great ideas by members that have suggested to make our game experience much better by supporting this game in any way possible.. but still no response to most of the posts in this thread...

Mostly i think its cuz Dan keeps track of the tech support thread. there is sposed to be other mods watching these im sure but i just dunno if its happening or not. one person cna only do so much, and he's obviously still working on a trade centre.

I agree, our (in many cases) well thought out ideas, should get some sort of acknowledgement and people say "he's probably working on the trade centre" if that were true, that he was indeed working on this trade centre as frequently as people say he is don't you think it'd be finished by now? I understand he obviously has a life to live and that he only has a small development team, but still this is his job, his source of money, and he has a responsibility to everyone who plays this game.

Oh i understand your side of the argument completely, ive seen heaps of great ideas, and contributed a couple myself, all just disappear off the front page and die out, only to be reposted in a couple weeks or months, but never get any recognition. It is awfully annoying, And yes it is his job, and we do expect some return on our time/effort/money.
What i think is needed is player moderators. People who can scroll through the reams of mindless garbage, and overpowered suggestions to find those idea gems that are totally worth it, compile them, and pass them on to Dan or someone else for another layer of screening.

I don't think Dan has to comment on every suggestion and idea. Considering in threads regarding issues and support he will generally respond quickly if it seems very important, I would say he most likely reads all or most of the suggestions/ideas (at least when they are new) and jots down interesting ones to tinker with later (especially supported by Achievements/Medals and Daily Missions).

Just because Dan doesn't say anything doesn't mean he doesn't see them, and there are plenty of OP/easily abused ideas that aren't feasible anyway.

Maude was supposed to be monitoring and cataloging the suggestions but she hasn't logged on in a long time.

she stopped doing that about 30 pages ago towards the end of January

I would go do it if I was a moderator for the suggestions topics

because most of the ideas presented by players are to the players benefit, whereas the developers are looking for ideas that will make them money, i.e. something you will have to buy, or someway to increase competition in general, and therefore revenue. I would, for example, pay for a module that would keep an exhaustive log of my every action, had room for personal log entries and was searchable. In fact, customizable modules where you could pick from a varity of abilities and functions, some that maybe not a lot of people would want, but they could still make money at it.

I'm all for things being released that make Dan and co money but too much of that is a bad thing and messes the game balance for those who are not in a position to spend on this game.

Well the whole point was why have a Suggestions & Ideas thread when as far as we see and know it has not even been looked at..cause if it was there should be some sort reply or "will think it about it and put it on the back burners thingy" just something..

I know a lot of ideas that players sugests they will not work.. But when you see an idea thats coming up over a year by a large portion of members maybe that one should be considered by replying back to the topics..

Yeah, that came out of nowhere and surprised me too... but at least he's reading some of them XD

dan looks at most of the ideas, but probably only gives it a few glances.
