Yeah you're being lippy, your suggestion showed the same arrogance that some high ranked players have, "If I can do it, then that's alright, no one else needs debuffs because I don't", you chose to insinuate that I need debuffs to PvP because I spoke out agaisnt your stupid idea.

Your solution to the TM limit will destroy any hope of new players actually being retained in this game. Why should I apologize to anyone? I've said nothing against them, I spoke out towards your pointless idea that has no merit other than making the game easier for those who have a tendancy to be more aggresive when there are PvP elements available.

By rank brackets, I was refering to combat interactions between Ranks. in several games I played, there were rank progressions which allowed people in the same ranking bracket to pvp, but someone from a higher bracket couldn't pvp with them. someone in my legion just had a planet invaded and then when he attempted to re-invade, he was attacked by a rank 900. He's rank 327, your idea will remove any possible recourse for anyone to fight back against those who are stronger.

I don't use Debuffs, but your suggestion is to remove the ability to use them FOR EVERYONE.

Maybe you should go find a game that deliberately makes it impossibly to stand against anyone of a higher rank.

Not everyone is going to be a pvper, and not everyone is going to be able to take on people who are much stronger than them. You can, good for you *golf clap* but don't try to remove a legitimate ability just because you don't like it and you feel that it's unfair to high ranked players.

I will stick to my opinions and I will give your reasons why I disagree with you. maybe you should figure out some reasons why I'm apparently so wrong for disagreeing with you, other than "I'm a higher rank, I know this game better than you".

I agree that it's a waste of effort to debuff run someone after they steal ur planet(except when it's for clearing guards on a planet you can take back)
HOWEVER, whether to do it is a CHOICE for the lower lvled player. If you dont want to do it, NO ONE is forcing you to.
So why a limit against it? All such limit seem to do is to protect the high ranked one that does not deserve protection, and thus this suggestion is rather useless--it doesn't help anyone deserve helping.

KxG.... Many times "I'm a higher rank, I know this game better than you" is accurate. This particular case, though, it isn't.

Personally, I don't feel that nerfs should be eliminated or even limited. Just because someone is bigger, better, badder does not give them the right to just go stompy stomp on smaller less capable ships without any means of effective retaliation. More often than not, that higher ranked person put themselves in the position to get spammed. They either took a planet or attacked the little guy on the BT or from a legion alert. I don't know of very many people that actively seek out confrontations with stronger opponents.

I hit lower ranked, weaker targets on my BT. Just because I need the red badges and that's the most energy efficient way of getting them. If any of the people I disable want to make a run back at me, fine. If they feel the need to use 10 EMPs and a half dozen douchebombs, fine. I put myself in front of their guns by attacking them.

Anyways...

All I suggested was to make debuffs just for npcing..Not because I want to pick on lower ranks most higher ranks dont need to pick on lower ranks with debuffs and if they do they have some rethinking and retweaking thier ships to do..

No debuffs = higher TM count..

As for pvping I can only go as far as my BT tab can take me...usually poo rolls down hill and keeps on rolling..As for planet takeing there is a good point there if you were trying to take ur planet back and only then you could be able to use debuffs on the guards so be it.. at least you will have a chance to get ur planet back..

In my opinion I would love to see our game with out the use of debuffs on players..I think it will be much better game in a long run.. for sure there will be a lot less hostilities, GP sales should rise just on energy refills once there is a war, members would actually think what they are about to post on other members comms when they are mad .. It would be just wonderfull and if they dont like the game cause they cant express thier fellings towards other members with out debuffs why not purchase some GP's and support the game and make ur ship better.

Developers should consider this idea..

I agree to a point.. debuff me for a badge I'm gonna get annoyed. debuff me because I'm bigger in retaliation fine I'll probably badge you again tho. If however you retaliate use the energy to kill me with no debuffs I'm gonna move along and think well done.
