Radiant surge cannons
Limited time items (for holidays etc)
Race specific structures.

Dan = Happy because more GP bought and spent
People who buy GP = Happy because they can give gifts to friends (for birthdays etc, or buy items to sell for in game currencies such as minerals or CTP)
People who CAN'T buy GP = Happy because they get access to extra items

The only way I reckon Dan would do this is if the module that could be sent was to cost double or maybe triple the current price

Not going to happen. Besides all the planet artis can technically be traded. And for base artis you just have to go to their legion.

i'd like to see Terraformers and QSE's become sendable. Would make it easier for me to get my Dyson. Already worked my arse off to get my exotic by doing surveys.

I won't mind stuff that are 30+ GP and GP ONLY to be made sendable, would be VERY hard to abuse via multi (even if abused, likely fb offer abuse, which rly doesnt affect dan any)

but no to cheaper stuff and no to anything that NPCs can drop

Yeah the gpers will not like this one bit, it takes away their advantage, and despite not being one I'm gonna disagree with this idea.

Actually it wouldn't take away their advantage it could give them more of one. If people could start just sending things like qse's how high would the prices go? As it is right now qse's are expensive enough and will often require the buyer having enough gp to at least abandon. Doing this would take away the need for them to have any gp at all which would mean prices could go up. this would only make things easier for gp buyers as their products become easier to sell.

Prices would actually drop because if QSEs became tradeable lots of people will sell them at high prices. Over time more and more people will start selling them and the prices will slowly drop, decreasing the value of a QSE. Of course If non-spenders had access to this, they might never ever even think about buying gp again. Which is bad for dan in the future.

But the later part about GP earning for dan isn't.
Cause thou some ppl would stop buying gp, others would have to buy more to get more QSEs, or there will be a shortage of supply of QSE in the market and the ppl who want to buy QSE w/o gp end up have to spend GP again, so total earning for dan will not drop. Just the opposite, some of the ppl who doesn't bother with buying QSE now due to complicated transaction might decide to buy them if it was made tradable, thus increasing demand in the market and possibly driving up the price and making the GP buyers buy more GP to buy more QSE so dan's income could increase.

supply and demand, demand certainly will increase if it was made more accessable (both GP AND CTP purchase), so either supply have to go up or price will go up, it's impossible for both your statement to be true.

And lots of people will pay those high prices because that will be the only way for them to get their mission planets without paying for them. There may be some undercutting of prices by some gp buyers, but dont expect it to spiral downwards. GP buyers will want to get whatever they can for their money. The only way prices will drop is if the demand for the gp items drops off, but even then that would probably only be temporary until they have gotten rid of some of the excess stock. At this point they will just buy less which decreases the supply and will drive the price up again. The overall trend of prices has been upward in GL over time. And as far as gp for dan goes it doesnt really matter whether hes getting 10 dollars each from twenty people or 100 each from two its still 200 dollars for him. If anything this would allow the sale (indirectly) of gp items to those that will never buy gp. This would only actually increase gp being bought.

I think the most effective thing, instead of trading arti's, is make it so you can buy GP for someone else.
when in the ship tab of someone on your friends list or in your legion have a button for "Gift Galaxy Points"
You cant use GP you already have, you have to buy fresh ones.

Just do it like the tariffs on KU. You can buy as much as you want of any GP item, but throw a tariff of like 20-30% of the GP cost, payable in GP, to send the arti to someone else as well.
