Having 1154 Red's is pretty useless, unless you're loyal to your legion for you to lock daily bases. If I can trade/sell my Reds, I would, too bad it's un-tradable. Other than that, Kill the ones that has lower hull/defence, regardless of the rep. Expect Alert/Retaliation.

If you are strong for you rank then those that show up on your battle tab are gonna be easy kills for you.

You cannot just farm low level player because you wont get any red badges from them if there out of your level range

Killing weaklings is boring, but remember that "forever" is all situational. My current research project is about 1 month/tier and 3 tiers. That is forever. The dominions took me a few weeks.
