1000x to complete once
Give White flag (A Calming Amplifier with no end unless you do an offensive action removing instanly the effect)
Good for real non-pvper and give less ''halcyoned'' player for pvper.

Dealing with Halcs is bad enough, something like this would be abused, people will then be able to take your planet wait 24 hours and then use this to keep you from attacking them any further. Not to mention that I have seen a good number of "pacified" players on my BT, so how would you like to see a whole BT full of players you cannot attack even to bump them?

It costs 10k nrg to even get one of these artifacts, not to mention the 1000 halcyon traps cost, how is this going to be abused anymore than the current wait 24 hours, calming amp and halcyon trap set till you fall off their ships log?

Just tap them get the "Oh wait you can't do that", close and if they don't go away hit battle again and wola a new 3 5 5 player will appear...0 disables on the other hand...might as well go do some missions for kill some NPCs

The potential for abuse isn't on the BT or planet invasions, it's during base battles. Once again the debate on pacification during base battles is going to rear it's head. Considering the effort put in by everyone aside from Mento (who was CAmp'd), GP's base would not have come anywhere close to being disabled. They could not touch the prime gun in the attack. THAT is where the abuse is.

Only way to make this work would be to do the following. Unable to pvp, base battle, npc, invade/attack planets. Also remove your loyalty to your legion.Once you remove the effect, your unable to use a halc or a calming amp or super amp for 1 month. The way to balance powerful items is to give them a negative effect. This would make people think twice.

Yeah think twice as in making them really expensive to get and then have them them give a 100% almost negative effect.

Also as darth said, base fight needs to count as an action as does planet guarding.
