I would like to see a new enemy, but not one of these NCP enemy, i mean a powerful enemy that you dont just have to disable, but they can Disable you.
Make the Galaxy Legion game abit more deadly, make it so even the most powerful players get scared.
The idea is, the prejor suddenly wakes and declare war against the galaxy. Making it hard for all, but also easy. Its hard to say my idea fully, and the only way i could try to show you, is by examples.
Idea Examples:
Galaxy News:
The prejor has waken, they have declared war against the galaxy and are out for revenge for all the betrail people have done. They hunt in packs and are looking for places to settle, Beware and on your guard, they are comming.
New Ships:
Prejor Quantum Death Star: (the Prejor)(Mythical Station)
The Prejor is an elite race with powerful weapons and defenses, They are out to destroy the galaxy for the damage to there race over the years. They will stop at nothing to achieve their goal.
Rank: 1,000 Attack: 10,000 Defense: 5,000 Shield: 50,000 Hull: 100,000 Special Abilities: Every hour boosts attack of this enemy by 10% for 24 hours. Top 15 players are rewarded (Chance of getting nothing as a reward)
(Does not respawn on NCP list) (This enemy randomly disables a player Rank 200 or more) (Last for 72 hours) (Alerts are limited to Rank 200 and up) (Attacks One random person every 3 days)
Prejor Type X Station (The Prejor) (Extremely rare station)
The Prejor is an elite race with powerful weapons and defenses, They are out to destroy the galaxy for the damage to there race over the years. They will stop at nothing to achieve their goal.
Rank: 250 Attack: 2,000 Defense: 1,500 Shield: 10,000 Hull: 50,000 Special Ability: Can instantly Disable the attacking ship. (15% chance) Top 10 players are rewarded.
(Disables a random ship between ranks 100 to 300) (Limited to ranks 100 to 300)(Last 48 hours)(Attacks once every 4 days) (Respawn on NCP List)
Prejor Mass Destroyer (The Prejor)(Mythical Invader)
The Prejor is an elite race with powerful weapons and defenses, They are out to destroy the galaxy for the damage to there race over the years. They will stop at nothing to achieve their goal.
Rank: 125 Attack: 7,500 Defense: 250 Shield: 1,000 Hull: 2,000 Special Ability: Prejor Saboteur Drones can reduce the attacking ships attack by 10% (35% chance, this ability is stackable) Top 3 players are rewarded
(Invades One Rare to Mythical, Random planet a week regardless of its defenses and guards it for 24 hours) (Can only be targeted from alert)(Last 48 hours)
When invades it places 2 defensive buildings (None Researchable) and one resources building (None Researchable) on the planet. It delete all other buildings (Researchable Only, for example: Surface bunkers) and builds Defensive buildings, Depending on the rank of the player its taken from.
Prejor Deadly Predator (The Prejor) (Rare Flagship)
The Prejor is an elite race with powerful weapons and defenses, They are out to destroy the galaxy for the damage to there race over the years. They will stop at nothing to achieve their goal.
Rank: 100 Attack 2,000 Defense: 250 Shield: 1,500 Hull: 3,000 Special Ability: Least Prejor Drone Emitters, Reducing defense and hull by 10% (Stackable, 25% chance) Top 3 players are rewarded.
(This enemy Randomly Disables a player between Rank 25 - 125) (Alerts limited to 25 - 125) (Respawns on NCP List) (Lasts 24 hours)(Attacks once every 2 days)
Prejor Heavy Devastator (The Prejor) (Rare Invader)
The Prejor is an elite race with powerful weapons and defenses, They are out to destroy the galaxy for the damage to there race over the years. They will stop at nothing to achieve their goal.
Rank: 75 Attack: 4,000 Defense: 500 Shield: 1,500 Hull: 4,500 Special Ability: Prejor tri-phaser, Reduces scan by 25% and attack by 15% (10% chance, stackable) Top 3 Players are rewarded.
(Invades any random planet a day regardless of its defenses and guards it for 24 hours) (Can only be targeted from alert)(Last 24 hours)

(Can not be shared)( Disable and raids, 10% of a random ships minerals and artifacts points) (Disables and raids Ranks 25 or more)(After disabled, the ship remains on the NCP list for 35 mins, Able to raid your artifacts and minerals income points)(Last 24 hours)
Prejor Mass Hacker (the Prejor) (Uncommon Hacker)
The Prejor is an elite race with powerful weapons and defenses, They are out to destroy the galaxy for the damage to there race over the years. They will stop at nothing to achieve their goal.
Rank 50: Attack: 100 Defense: Matched Shield: Matched Hull: Matched Scan: Matched Cloak: Matched Special Ability: Hacks 10% of your total amount of research points (25% Chance) Rewards only one player.
(Can not be shared)(Does not Respawn on NCP list)(Last 24 hours) (Hack 25 Random People Per Day)(Once Disabled, it will remain for 35minuites with no cloak or scan. Able to hack your research income points)
Note:
All ships are allowed EMP's and Disarming Bombs, to be stacked upon one and another. Note, to defeat the attacking ships, you must use container cage and containment missiles as like any other player ship.
Group Team work in defeating powerful enemies like this is needed.

Idea's For the New NCPs
New Artifacts:
Prejor Data:
Grants 25,000 Research points.
Prejor Mass container:
Grants 12 hours of income points of each resource points.
Prejor Mega Parts:
Add 5 decks, 25 energy and 15 shield and hull. Limited to 5 Mega Parts.
Prejor Auto androids:
50% chance increase of having a successful raid, Last 4 hours)
Prejor Mini Planetary Flux:
Removes one random player, who have scanned the target planet from the list. (Removing the location)
Prejor Tranformer:
Increases each resources by 2.
Prejor Hacking Drone:
Increase the chance of hacking a planet by 35% Last 1 hour.
New Modules:
Prejor Internal Supernova Drive:
Adds 75 energy and 50 defense. (Limited to 2)
Prejor Wormhole Emitter:
Adds 150 Attack and 25 cloak (Limited to 2)
Prejor AI Super Sensor:
Adds 75 scan (Limited to 3)
Prejor Cluster Drones:
Adds 50 Attack and 10 scan (Limited to 2)
Prejor Darkness Generator Adds 50 Cloak and 15 Defense (Limited to 2)

Sounds cool, but it also sounds like the ships are a little too tough. There are also no module drops, which make a lot of sense, and people want.

umm.... what? i think everyone wants module drops... and these guys would be fun to attack... if they gave out something cool. seems like the best thing listed here is the double terraformer. other than that, everything looks pretty useless...

Yeah, but they seem too powerful. If you ask me, their special abilities should be toned down a little bit, and while I like them attacking people, they shouldn't HAVE to be disabled if the player is stronger.

i can't really put down new modules, thats for dan to decide. more i put on there less dan will think about doing it.
thats why i haven't matched up artifacts to ships.
And yes the ships are tough, but this is not your average NCP, Its the old race Prejor. And also they hunt like players, hack and raid. take planets. its to make the game more instressing for all. A little bit harder.
You dont just get attacked from players, it would be NCPs like in any other games Great example, World of warcraft or runescape.
I will now change so information, to make dan see that you lot want new modules and what there could be.
but its upto dan what to put in the game.

Well really, I think that attack, and special abilities are the only things that need to be changed, I would enjoy having NPCs attack me back. I think it would be a pretty epic idea that ought to be put in. If Dan doesn't want to do Prejor again, he can do another race but with the exact same ideas.

The ships are designed to be tough.
You have to weaken it thought saboteur drones, EMPs and Disarming bombs. Each ship is design be give great rewards but very tough to beat.
Toning it down wouldn't be a challange, if you want weak NCPs just attack the ones already in place.
This involes team work with in the legions, to pass artifacts to one another. Fight as a team.

if they dropped special modules or artifacts, then yes. i think it would be fun for the higher level legions to do something like this, because according to Noc the dysonians burn through NPCs like their nothing. this might distract em a bit. but these kinds of ships would be something that would only be found after ur level 300 or something. and be made available to everyone 200-600+ or whatever.

Their is 7 NCPs
Only one has a 200 minimum, because its so strong, (Prejor Quantum Death Star) not even dysoinal can kill that easily. The others a lower, each ship is designed to be tough for its level.
There is 4 NCPs, 2 have only 25 rank limited. the other 2 have no limit. Yes, Prejor Quantum Death Star has the most artifacts but its the most powerful. if you look only one artifact is limited to Prejor Quantum Death Star. The rest is spread around. Dont forget if you look at any bosses. the best artifacts are with the most powerful boss.

it looks like a good prototype as far as I can tell. NPCs that acts as PCs and pvp on their own is kinda awesome. I like it.
