so, while epic has indicated that he may be graduating, he hasn't ranked up yet as of this post, so there were no graduates for june 4th, the first day this has happened since the competition began !

OR level normally, and make your own 16x's. Hell, even I have 3, and a fourth on 4x. All of them made from standard planets, no buying planets or uplifts.
