 I finished "The Krionite Vortex" and didnt recieve the "Krionite Torpedo"? Is it something else then an artifact that is installed on my ship?

Check your artifact trade tab, alot of mission artifacts show up there instead.

The Krionite Torpedo is a consumable artifact - you should be able to see it in your artifact cargo.
