 I just disabled someone under the influence of 2 KVTs...no medal.

If it exists yeah, but I haven't seen anything about a medal for that. Has it been confirmed or are you just hoping it's real?

Killing someone while under a KVT is much much much easer than hacking, and so much easier than crit hacking while under a QFT |

And who said it had to be hard? You get a medal for coming on and claiming your daily reward, finishing mission chains and doing research. Don't be such a negative nancy all the time.
