one or the other whichever is easier. 20k defence or 18k cloak. If cloak I would put a decent temporary defence on until little cloak+production structures start to stack, when cloak is high enough. Take down defenses and put another cloak or production structure whatever fits the situation. P.S Make sure you planet flux the planet if theres someone that has scanned it well doing this, as they wouldnt find it again if the cloak is high enough

just giving some totals here on what i have listed in case anyone's wondering

passive cloak = 3892
cloak from modules before ergosphere and metatuned = 1800

total defense before legion bonus = 900
total attack before legion bonus = 0
total cloak before legion bonus = (3892 + 1800 + 150) * 1.2 * 1.25 = 8763
total cloak after a 56 member legion bonus = 18578

total raw mining from structures: 2
total raw artifact from structures: 4
total raw research from structures: 8
total planet space used: 12
(leaving plenty of space on any planet for whatever else, even very tiny ones... though i try to save these setups for massive and bigger)

28 interspacial fold generators
3 magnetosphere chargers

in any case 900 and 2500 are the magic numbers for passive cloak, then use magnetos to max out to 3892.

I tend to alternate between these two recipes because of limited fab drops.

Always remember to have some defense though. The hackers out their would love a high cloak, low def crit hack

The latest daily mission has the possibility of a ship mod that adds 80 scan. So the cloaking needs to now take this into consideration 3x80=240 more cloak possible before % increases.

How is this set up..

Stealth Screen : Cloak +30%
Ergosphere Filter Effect : Cloak +20%
Barrier Nexus Effect : Defense +20%
Meta-Tuned Jammer Effect : Cloak +25%
Cross-Signal Restrainer Effect : Cloak +30%
That's 105% before any legion bonuses...

only problem there is thats not really repeatable and assumes you end up with a stealth screen. also since i believe those bonuses are multiplicative that would be about 150% bonus to cloak. not sure why you had the nexus there though...
