second you would only be sending them a message could not do anything to them. On there comm. if they were in a legion they would not show up. also if they were not active for a week. they would not show up.

Depends on the how the search parameters are set up. it show those players and you could only select them individually like you could only do 1 at a time maybe up to 5 max at time.

when you send them the message it include the stats about the legion and the players that are in that legion. It just show the player names that all it could include a message the person entered

I think most above rank 50 have a very good reason not to be in a legion.

if they not interested in joining a legion for medal or other reasons there be a flag or something that make not show up in the legion search. I think its a waste energy if you try invite people to join.

A way to search players for comm only messages, with filters like legion, rank range, or race/profession would be a nice addition to the game.
