It's a dream rift but I have to agree with the total cost. With 102k+ Ctp, you could get more than 5+, 15x+ artifact planets depending on the price.

well most 15x to 17x planets are going between 25k to 30k ctp. this will become a 50x that cant be taken in the long run that's 3 17x planets at 30k ctp each that's 90k ctp. but the extra is because someone cant find it and take it.

I'm not against buying planets at very high prices. In fact I was contemplating on offering 80%of my available credits for this planet but after seeing how much cold hard cash people are offering for a planet. I had to make a reality check for some people.
