i am looking for a low level <200 xecti governor that would be willing to be disabled and raided. i don't know exactly how this would work and i couldn't seem to find an article i saw awhile back about it, but i am willing to pay to have an xecti governor come to my legion (nemesis) and be alerted so that we can get the medals.

Didn't really answer the question....
It works like this, Xecti comes to you.
You share a not terrible unoccupied planet.
Xecti takes it and leaves and you hit the planet with an art, Xecti hits you will an art.
You alert and over the next couple days everyone gets their hits.

kk does the planet ive mentioned count as terrible or not? large volcanic very rich will that work for the deal?
