About The Rangers
We are one of the older legions in Galaxy Legion and we have a reputation as a friendly group. We are on both the rank and strength leaderboards. Players who join The Rangers are immediately accepted and become part of a well organized family!

A Democracy
In The Rangers, our family makes our rules. Our legion description states: "We are a democracy where legion policies are determined by vote." This means that we operate according to democratic principles and members make most decisions. All Rangers are allowed (and encouraged!) to vote on the issues that come to our attention. The opinions of all Rangers are welcome. As in any democracy, the vote of the majority will become legion policy.

The Rangers Base, "The Fortress"
The Fortress is a level 7 base, which has been increased to maximum size thanks to the generous contributions of The Rangers family!

• Our base rewards us with approximately 50k artifact points per day.
  
• The Collective Theory Lab at The Fortress has all artifact blueprints with the exception of the Gravimetric Flume.
  

Why Join The Rangers?
Simple: it has something for everyone and it's a fun, fun, fun legion within a fun game!

• We are a Social Legion! The Rangers legion comm and Facebook page are very active, and there are lots of chatty people. With our thoroughly international membership there's almost always something happening! If you like the social aspect of gaming or making new ingame friends, The Rangers is a good, safe place to call home. We expect members to be active on the comm, join our Facebook page*, and take part in discussions! We accept all play styles!
  
• We have a core of dedicated PVPers! If PVP is what you like, you'll find that you have a lot in common with quite a few Rangers! Some of us are leaderboard bound!
  
• We have many NPC Hunters! If you enjoy the NPC hunting aspect of Galaxy Legion, you'll fit in well with us. NPCs are constantly alerted at The Rangers so that a lack of Boss Alerts is a rare thing. (We follow well established rules for NPC hunting, i.e. lock it if you hit it, don't bump people off, speak up if you can't lock immediately, etc.).
  
• We are members of a top-tiered basing group! We engage in base combat against one and sometimes two level 5-6 bases every day. We also do one easy base, daily, around 2200 Galactic Server Time.
  
• We take care of each other! Planet shares as well as artifact trading and swapping are a part of life at The Rangers. Sabs? We've got 'em! Plus, we protect our own.
  
• We have experienced players! Need some advice or help? You'll find it at The Rangers.

We accept players at or above our average rank. We prefer a minimum of level 300. Exceptions can be made for various races and/or professions.

*All Rangers are required to join the Facebook group and become familiar with The Rangers Constitution, which fully explains the way our close knit team operates and how our members conduct themselves with regard to legion mates and the galaxy at large. All Rangers will obey Galaxy Legion Terms of Service. We have soft NAPS and diplomatic relations with several legions. All NAPS shall be honored and upheld by members of The Rangers.
