Octafari Levithans - Make them more common or make them Rare

The Octafari Leviathans from the mission embattled retreat are weird.
They are an uncommon NPC, yet I had to disable 800 NPCs to find a set of four - So i'd like to propose that for the sake of others, they're either make alot more common - perhaps on par with the Shockpulse fighters, or otherwise re-branded as a Rare NPC.

Hmmm... When I had that mission active after it was archived I kill tons of them. Had 4 stacked on my NPC list simultaneously. Many times. I'd say the spawn rate is just fine.

It all depends on your luck i guess, from the moment i found the mission, it took me over 500 kills to get my first one.
you got all 4 in 800 kills? Consider yourself lucky, it took me nearly 2500.

Very unlucky, not one in 800. That actually deserved a complaint unlike the "AP didn't drop this!" threads...
