This idea was to encourage people to Fight more rather then hide . put more fight in the game make it funner. Not add weakness but if you guys dont want it thats fine.

who says im dictating ? I offered an idea and explained why I think it should be used. Like every other idea ever suggested.

Obviously the high rankers will agree and those who are low level will give it a -1.

If someone that you attack is online and is disperately activating KVT to prevent his ship from being disabled then DONT attack him until he is offline.Simple.

Keep in mind that once you go higher in rank you will be attacked by players with 3-4 times your rank.You realise that i wont be able to defend at all from someone who has 2-3 times my level even when im online right? Well if this gets aproved we should also have a more decent combat system where you wont be seen by players with twice your level or more.

Your not seen by players x2 your rank or more as is. I never see ppl half or under half my rank in the BT..

I think that you can see lvl 1 and lvl 2 players if you are lvl 3 or 4 .What i meant is that when you are being attacked by stronger opponents it might give you a way out especially if that someone catches you online. This is why i think its not such a good idea to add a timer to it.
