after you send an item the timer starts counting down and hits zero and you cannot send anything untill you click on the tab again
plz make it hit zero and thhen disapear so you can click send again quickly.

Yes it is possible otherwise the Raid and Hack timers would do the same thing as the Send timer. That said... Not a big issue while there is more important stuff to do.

Then something needs fixed on your end because my raid and hack buttons work just fine when the timer expires.

could be your web browser. have you tried switching between the tabs on the ship? it works for me.
