 Max Use Button and Amount Use Box On Planetary Artifact Page

Right now when you want to use artifacts on a planet, you have to scroll down your large list of artifacts to find the one you want to use. Then when you find it, click use and then it goes back up to the top and you have to repeat. Sometimes this can be a lot of repeating; up to 32 times. This is REALLY frustrating.

Other things that would benefit: terraformers, quasis, spy uplinks, space elevators, planetary data optimizers, Interspacial Fold Generator, etc.

I am not trying to get around the max so if you tried to use 22 Grav Amps (or 21 and it already had 100 passive defense), it would not work.

The other, possibly easier to code option would be the Planetary Artifact Filter.

I still think that just a "scroll lock" option would be great for them. Just so when you scroll down it would stay there when you use an arti.

Filter sort of acts like a 'scroll lock' but yes, even that would help a lot.

How about a repeatable mission that uses, say 10 energy per round, and 5 Planetary Time Vortexes, that makes an Advanced Time Vortex, which advances the colony by 5 days. Make sense to anyone else?

1 Click. It takes 10 energy, and 5 PTV's. Then there's no energy cost for the "Advanced Time Vortex".

Everyone has their own opinion though.

Alternate idea: Make it so the artifact list doesn't reset when you use one. Or if it has to reset, have it remember what position it was at and go back.
