While I'm offline, he could buff up and spam me with a bunch of emp's and bombs to turn my weapons into pea shooters, hit me with a torpedo to take out my shields, then punch through my hull which has been reduced to plywood. Pvp artifacts are stackable. ANYONE can disable ANYONE. I have a rank 150ish friend who disabled someone four times his rank and zeroed his hacks after stacking a bunch of artifacts on him. And a former legion mate of mine who's a couple hundred ranks lower than me disabled FRAIL and PSICore. |

noci took 900 energy, no refills
and the rank 1k was easier he only took 600 energy. _________________ |

I got two people mojo at rank 76 a lot of emp's. he was cool about it only disabled me and raided me 3-4 times while I was online. mento as well although that was one tough ship since I emp'ed him about 50 times or so. I just wanted to test his hull out and was shocked to find about 150k-200k hull(long time without repairing during base battles and should have 200k+/hour shield recaharge(buffed)). one very tough ship.
