Konqul would do the most damage per hit, aerleen would take the least damage per hit, and I imagine lazuli would be able to take the most damage before needing to repair. It's obvious that konqul would do the most damage and take the least amount of energy to do a given amount of damage. But the other two races would take more damage before needing to repair and would use fewer shield restorers and repair nanos. My take on it is that increasing defense (or hull, basically longevity in battle) helps more fighting bases than increasing attack. I think lazuli fixer would be the best.
unless you are auto ranking off a base id go with konqul. energy costs gp whereas credits, ctp, and arti production can get you artis to make up for your ship blowing up quicker.
plus faster damage=base down quicker. hopefully before they can buff.
