I was thinking that there would be another tab on the search legions tab for players who are available to join a legion. Here's how it would work:

1. Player requests to join the tab.
2. Player gets queued on the tab.
3. Potential legions will send him join requests (costs 5 energy)
4. Player accepts join request

To make it easier for some legions to grab players legions can only send requests to players who match their average strength/rank or stronger. So stronger legions can't grab weaker players, and weaker legions have a chance at grabbing more players.

Also, you have an 4-hour slot to view the tab. You request to see it and are queued for a slot, or if you're not available on the given time, you can request a later slot that suits your playing time. The server will tell you when your slot will open. Only 50 legions can view the tab at any given time.

Sounds great doesn't it?

It's a decent idea, gives the noobs a choice, but I'm thinking it'll make it easier for bigger legions. New legion starting out won't have a chance.

So, using my legion as an example, our current average rank is 105, but the majority are below that, we just have a few 300+ dragging it up. So wouldn't I not be able to recruit within the rank range that forms the majority of my legion?

I did that so weaker legions would have a chance at growing. Also I said average strength. If it's low enough you can grab those low rank players.
