 mass flux wave : a wave of exotic energy flows through the galaxy . if it hits your planet , it may shrink or increase it's size by a factor of 1

-1 for obvious reasons.... I dont want to risk loosing size on one of my planets even if there is a chance to gain a size. I can just imagine the unlucky person who purchases a QSE and then has the planets size taken down by 1 due to this event hahhaa that would be enough for me to rage

Increases either, Mining, artifacts, research, Size.
