Could there be a way for legion leaders to communicate?

maybe when you bring up the legion page of another legion have a request to talk to leader button
and have a separate tab in the legion comm archive
the legion leader of the other legion would have to accept the request

it would come in useful for trying to work out inter legion problems or talking about issues that could effect both legions

ive had a problem in the past with a lower ranked member who where acting very oddly and it seemed like this member was playing mine and another legion off against each other and being able to communicate directly with the other leader would have sorted things out allot quicker

this has been posted before it was a while ago but this is a far more thought out version and i would like to see this +1

Instead of trying to make it so you can accept to talk and stuff it would be easier to just have a comm tab for each Legion like they already have for players.

Or you can just invite the player as a friend on your facebook and chat with him personally on the FB chat panel.

who would have someone on their facebook page just for this game? i mean really, be serious here.

Actually not too long ago it was what consisted of a legion. You had 100 "friends" on your FB friend list that played the game. And sometimes you could have friends that were bitter enemies of each other. But it's not that hard realy. Invite the person as a friend. Have your discussions, then when everything settles down, you defriend them. NOt hard realy.

ok but if you cant contact them how are you going to find out what there name is to add them as a friend on facebook, i like this game because it stays away from the whole facebook invites and posting on your wall thing

i think it would make sense just to have a inter legion comm between the legion leaders

How about this:
With the Legion and Officer tabs to the comms add a Public tab that is accessible by any player from the legion menu.
It could be accessed by typing /(legion_name)
And make it so any officer in the legion can post for free on it and it costs 5 energy for anyone outside the legion to post.

i think that is a good idea, i do think it would be good to be able to talk with other legions

but then you will have those dingleberries who like to spam WC and ruin it for everyone.

why not have a free legion post on the tab for leader to post and see only on the comm tab

And they will do it at 5 energy a pop.
