Is there any way to get a Terra-forming device without Galaxy Points? I've heard myths that they come along during regular artifact drops, but can anyone out there confirm that they personally have received one in that matter.

Yes you can get terraforming devices w/o having to buy them, but your chances of getting one from an arti drop now days is pretty non-existent. You want to farm mobs. THousands and thousands of mobs.

You can not get them from art drops you can only get them from npc T.O. Troop Carrier only way to get them without GP.

Troop Carriers, but it's nice to have a bit of confirmation.

I've never seen a ship that carried one. I would love to see 10 so I could do that mission.
